This is called "Big Russian Ring" a PP competition.
There is no description of exercoses but it says that the dogs compete within two groups: aged 3 and under, and over 3.I was very pleased to see that hey work Riezens, AmStaffs, Rotts, American Bulldogs, even Neos and Bullmastiffs (not a single Mal, they are still very rare in Russia), and I think that this is the first year that they have been doing it.
There are pics and videos.

How very neat, and some great action shots.
Looks really fun. If you are not too busy, I suggest you put up with some downloading time - its worth it.
Alex, how many of the judges listed you know to? Have any of them been around rof a while? What do you think of the whole idea?
. . .
I looked at the top scores (ones in the 40's): highest scoring dog was a Riezen bitch 49.7; an Eastern Eoropean Shepherd was right behind with 48. 63, then a Rott (47.83); a BRT with 47.76; an AB !!!!! (47.3), a Neo with 42.6 (?!) and several GSD's of course . . .
I, for one, would have really liked to see competition rules. Looks fun, though.
Enjoy!
Regards,
Vio
